Score 21 runs and lose!! Correa goes 7-7 and not the top performance for the day. 10 records tied or broke in one game. Jared Hoying should be embarrassed. He was sent to the minors the day after lol

There should be an investigation. I'm thinking two separate mobsters paid off each pitching staff to throw the same game. They really should learn to cooperate more.

Makes sense for rest purposes. Having Utley/Phillips split 2B/DH duties over the course of the season allows Phillips to play more than if he was the full-time 2B.

B. Phillips is actually Brett Phillips. Brandon is in the final year of that big contract in Cincy.

Cool little side note. 39 year old Brian Falkenborg made his first appearance of the season in this game. He pitched for 6 years in Japan with success as a closer. Spent the last 2 years in the independent leagues with excellent results. Was offered a spring training invite with the 2017 Texas Rangers and made the team after an impressive spring training. This game was his first MLB appearance since 2008 as a L.A. Dodger.

Little stories like this, when you really inspect other teams and leagues, is why I absolutely LOVE this game!!!
