Managing from the bottom

Greetings! I hope i'm posting in right section

A little bit of background. I'm an Englishman living in Australia, not a massive baseball fan, i enjoy watching when i can. I have played OOTP very infrequently over the last ten years or so. I love sports management games!

So, what i want to do, as the title suggests, is actually manage from the bottom. I will be starting an MLB custom game, actual teams and minor levels. I will start unemployed and work my way up from rookie level (as i am, basically a rookie myself!). The only changes i am making, is having 1-20 for the current attributes, NO potential attributes or stars showing. There will be no simming at all, playing out each and every game (I've never been a fan of simulating, I like managing and my decisions will make or break my team) .

I know this can take a while, I'm planning on playing this for the forseeable future and i'm looking forward to the challenge. I will try to post updates weekly, but life will probably get in the way, but i will update when i can. I also won't be playing this everyday unfortunately, life and other games will probably get in the way

Wow, I think every Rookie club was offering me a job. I didn't know who to pick, so i kinda randomly picked a team......
