Importing player photos

Long time fan of this amazing series, very rarely post though.

Anyway, I am important player photos to be used in place of the FaceGen images, just as I've done in years past. And for the most part it seems to be fine. However, from time to time it reverts back to the FaceGen image and the strange thing is that when it does this it only does it for a random player here or there. Example being, last evening Jon Lester went back to his FaceGen image while all of the other Cubs had their imported photo. But now when I boot the game up today, Jon Lester is back to his photo image, but Carl Edwards is showing as a FaceGen....

Is there some setting or check-box that I need to change? Or is this something that's just glitchy?
