Emails - Trades, Scouting etc

I received a Negotiation Update email, and did not see a link to the Pending Offers page. After staring at the email for a while, I finally saw a link at the bottom of the page, kind of obscured by the Facegen Pic.

Also received a International Scouting email, and this one did not have a link to the International Complex. I searched all around various screens and still have not been able to find the International Complex.

Please make sure that all emails, have clear links, that will take the player to the appropriate page to accomplish whatever is discussed in the emails.

Also please put a link for the International Complex in the dropdown box below the various MLB Team names. I have wasted time looking around for this page and still have not found it...frustrating for the user.
