Bug with player stuck in "INT"

I am in the spring of 2018. Had a player attend the olympics among others. All others returned, but that player is stuck as INT. Cannot be played on my team months later, and is getting unhappy due to not being played.
The player is not hurt, but cannot be dressed.

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next build.

As a workaround I think it works to move the player down and up again.
