Standard Game with Historical random rookies?

Theoretically, you can include a historical debut in the standard game. But when I do it, there are no historical competitors as rookies.

What can you do to make it work?
If I start a 2018 season can I then have the draft populate with players from the past somehow?

I have no idea. Why not try starting an historical game in any season between 1998 and 2017 (30 team alignment) and take it from there? I would think that would be much easier than trying to wrestle with a standard game setup.

Because in Standard you have Japanese, Korean etc. leagues. I know how to remove players from the draft pool list

Make sher path to Stats folder is right and might have to have Draft in November.
