Stuff boost for SP going to the pen

How much of a boost do SP get, if sent to the bullpen?
Is it a fix amount or a certain percentage?

It varies based on the pitcher's individual pitch ratings, velocity, etc... So players it's 0 (on a rare instance it may even be negative). Some players can gain 15 or possibly even 20 points.

It's different for each pitcher, depending on their pitches. I've seen as high as +15 or so, and as little as -2 (yes negative numbers are possible!).

It generally comes down to two things as far as I can tell:
1) their overall number of pitches. the less the better, i.e. a 3-pitch starter will convert better than a 5-pitch starter
2) The quality of their top 2 pitches.

So the best converted starters would have 3 pitches total, with 2 of them being very strong pitches.
