Hardest settings possible?

Looking to set up a game with the hardest settings possible. Aside from moving trade difficulty up to very hard, what are some other things I could adjust?

Play "Stats Only" by turning off ratings and overall stars.

Stats only, very hard trading, low/very low scouting... thats about it.

the big thing about this game is that you can make it easier or difficult for yourself, but things become the same way for the CPU too, so difficulty relative to the CPU doesnt really change.

is that hard, or just low-tide?

the decisions never change. the causality never changes. so, either you understand how to make the right decision, or you do not. everythign is relative after that.

all these settings do is reduce opportunity. they don't make any decision more difficult, but may make the differences smaller. in a way that's harder, but really it's just a new baseline to deal with and all the same thought and effort as you would normally use.

if the trading stuff doesn't apply to the AI's trades with other AI teams, then that's techinically more difficult, since it isnt applied equally to all teams.

same with stats... only if the AI has access to ratings is it more difficult, otherwise they have to make the same decisions based on lagging/delayed indicators, i.e. resulting stats accrued over time. i get so familiar with my leagues i can tell you who has a 50 babip or a 40 k's or 80 power etc from stats in a glance. it all translates; it's merely less clear. as long as that's the same for all, not any more difficult compared to competition's efforts.
