No way to Expand in Beta?
Is this correct? I can access the league menu but the final menu items are the Active logs there is no 'Edit' line no matter how I set the game up. I've tried all sorts of setups, challenge or no challenge, NHL only or with other leagues but I can't get that Edit button at the end of the league menu
Can anyone help me?

Go to manager options, enable comissioner mode, try again.
Make sure it is July 1st for restructuring and rule changes. |

I am having the same problem changing team names.
I am guessing edit feature has been disabled on the Beta. I would be nice if someone could answer these questions because it seems like Beta has been a big waste of time if somethings have been disabled but I guess we will have to wait till tomorrow. |

@Orioles1966
I can edit teamnames. Same as in the previous answer, go to manager (Main Menu) -> optons (Drop down), enable Commish. Then you have two ways to change team names. 1st - if it's July 1st, you can go to League (Main Menu) -> Edit (Drop down) -> Restructure.(Sub Menu) From here you can rename every team in that said league. 2nd - Select the team, (Main Menu) -> Edit (Drop down) From here you can rename and adjust colors. Again: Make sure Commish-Mode is enabled. |

Yes, Duranium I worked out that that was the proper way according to the manual but the NHL dropdown menu in my Beta game, as I tried to explain, ends in "Active drafts - none" there is no "edit" line below it. So I was wondering if that was correct or if there was another way?

I am sure, he is not.
If it looks like this - play mode: commissioner mode checked - you should have the 'Edit' button at team and leauge drop down menus. Last edited by Ohgr; 10-04-2018 at 03:54 PM. |

Try this, Mavericktango...
Select Commish Mode. Then go to NHL standings page (or any other page apart from the manager options). Then click the league dropdown menu again, the edit option will be there. It's a minor bug that will eventually be fixed, I figure, but easy to work around it.

Yes, that worked, cheers. I tried to set up commish mode when I first set up my manager but that didn't work.
Doing it your way worked
