Consistency and Asst Coach Lines
So after playing for a week or so I have a couple of concerns. I started a PTG with STL and the very first year I played I won't the cup. I started another PTG with the same St. Louis team. Same lineup and same tactics. However on the 2nd save I was dead last in the division and 25th in the league. Now neither saves had any major injuries or issues. Pretty much the same. I guess I just wanna know how can the sim engine be that inconsistent? I believe on the 2nd go around of the 16 playoff teams 11 were different from the first year. So unless there is something still in the works I feel like fhm 2 was way more consistent then this is.
Also, when I let the asst coach set the lines he keeps putting brodziak as the 2nd line C and Fabbri on the 4th line. I just want to know what he is on because I want some.... In all seriousness any help or replies is appreciated. |

Did you change anything with the tactics in the second game? That's the first thing I'd suspect - if a new tactic is a really bad fit, that can make a big difference in a league like the NHL, where the level of parity is pretty high.
