Feeder League FA's going into ML FA

Hello,

I'm seeming to have an issue where my feeder league players are released from their teams (HS and Col) and then get signed by ML teams. So instead of having kids being drafted, they are now being signed at age 15 and placed in R (as an example).

Is there anyway to

1. stop feeder leagues from releasing players (currently have no roster limits); and or

2. stop ML teams from signing them (placing age limits on MiLB teams just cause players to get signed and released hundreds of times and killed my last file.); and or

3. force HS players (specifically) from becoming FA's.; and or

4. when creating fictional players, have them be only signed by that leagues teams.
