The Game Presents: Random Debut 2018

i got tired of my 1871 RD league, so now i am starting with 2018. in this league i brought in many all time greats to start with. Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, Barry Bonds, Ken Griffey Jr, Nolan Ryan, Randy Johnson, Mariano Rivera, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays & Cy Young along with whomever the Ai starts with.

Each team will use a logo, jersey and park based on a random year generator. i will start as White Sox GM & MGR. i can be fired. 2000 modifiers.
Any expansion teams will be former MLB, NA, NeL, NL teams.

Highlighted players are ones i plan on pursuing. i am using AAA. Draft will be based on amount of players in league but 3-5 rounds the 1st few seasons.

Not a bad team to start with. I'm young which will not translate into wins this season but the future looks good.Great prospects in Cobb, Mantle, Daly, Rivera, Ryan & Cueller. i have a young Anthony Rizzo & Kirk Gibson.
Rotation is average. They'll eat up some innings, which is what I want and I like my 7th, 8th & 9th inning guys.
Offensively I am weak at 3b, SS & 2b but they'll do fine for now.

My payroll will go up after i play a game but only 2 FA to start the year, neither of which I plan on keeping.
#1 minor league to start with and it'll be just a matter of time before the majority of them come up this season.

Starting with KC on the schedule.

Using 1966 logo & jersey. Using Old Comiskey 1949 for park. i will change jerseys each year that i control the Sox.

A few decent players on this team but they dont look great. i like Kruk, Heilman & Matsui.

Not much to like here. Lajoie, Michael Tucker, Adam Eaton & Tejada. Not much for pitching.

Not too shabby. A lot to build on here. Never heard of Charlie Hollocher before and they have a 19 yo Babe Ruth, currently as a SP. So they will have a beast here shortly. Carew, Edmonds & Weaver along with Three Finger Brown gives them a decent team.

1903 with Huntington Grounds

The big ballpark will benefit Walter Johnson greatly along with their other average SP. Arthur Rhodes at CL is good and Robby Alomar at 2b. Rudy York & Martin Prado are their other well known players.

Originally 1890 was chosen but since they were not called teh Cubs at that point i chose a different year. so for logo & jersey it's 1977? and for park i went with West Side Grounds 1894.

Cubs look to be the best team so far to me. Blyleven, Ojeda & Kazmir in the rotation. Solid pen with Juan Cruz, Crabtree, Britton & Romero. Offensively with Holliday, Lynn, Sexson, Bump Wills & George Wright.

With the lack of jerseys & park i am going with a set from txranger and League Park II 1900.

Not the best rotation especially with injuries. 2 great C with Fisk & Scoscia. They probably have the best overall pen.

The Indians have a great rotation of Vaughn, Langston, Marquard & Trout with a young Steve Avery.Their pen is weak. Offensively Al Simmons is their only star.

2004. Not much chnage to logo or jersey and no change from default Coors.

This team will score runs based on their park alone but they are gonna give up a ton of runs. Trevor Story is the only player worth mentioning.

Really good IF here. A-Rod, Napoli, Howard, Kinsley & Lowell. OF is weak. Top 3 SP are good. Pen is average.
