If Phil Bledsoe is serious about playing in the NBA, he might consider transferring back to a D1 school for his final season to prove himself since he was such a crap player in his two seasons at Marshall.

I'd be very surprised if the matter wasn't resolved in the favor of Bledsoe and all lower division players, but, as noted the NCAA is notorious for its pigheaded stupidity.

they create these inane rules so they could create this massive bureaucracy to oversee and maintain it. its in the bureaucracies best interest to keep it going regardless of how stupid it is
