I made the top 5 picks and then let my AGM do the rest.
Reggie Smith and Jerry Grote made the most sense.

Traded for:
Jack Sanford is in an improvement for my starting rotation for I need pitching badly.
Maury Wills is faster than Aparicio.
Bill Skowron takes care of my owner goal at first base.
Even though I really did not want to send Coleman away, Skowron should be an improvement at first base.
Trading Gus Triandos away does hurt, but Russ Nixon will do the job fine I believe.

The PrePredicts have us at 56 wins this year and I agree with that.
Still too much talent in the NL for us to really make any waves.
We lost Wynn Hawkins, Bob Skinner and Barry Moore for the start of the season although Moore is going to back to the Minors anyway.
I have good prospects in Fergie Jenkins and Reggie Smith waiting for their turn in a couple of years.
We will finish in the cellar, but maybe we will be a better team.
Anyway this is what we have for the next season.

Do I really have to report on this one?
Gibson owned us.
That's all I will say.
But we do salvage a split of the two games though.

Not much you can do against Hank Aaron, Eddie Mathews and Joe Adcock.
I guess our 2nd season is going to be just as long as the 1st one.

It looked like that Robert Bishop was going to get a win over the Reds, but Don Ferrarese gives up a go-ahead HR to CIN Vada Pinson.

Second straight game I play that my bullpen blows up in the late innings.
A HUGE error which allowed the MIL Braves to tie up the game didn't help either.
We just cant win.

We finally end this losing skid.
Robert Bishop pitches a very good game and George Banks' Grand Slam helped a lot as we take out the PHI Phillies @ Connie Mack Stadium.
One of my relievers, Peter Olsen was suspended for 3 games for starting a fight.

We take two games versus the Cubs as we try to make up for an awful start.
Bob Shaw does well and Donn Clendenon goes 4-5 in our win.
Bill Skowron already has 5 HRs on the year and he had one in this game.

Another well pitched game by Robert Bishop, but the lineup gave him no help at all.

A well pitched game by Bob Shaw and a timely HR by Don Taussig goes by the board.
