Anyone know what the it takes to get the achievements?

I just got the moneyball gold achievement and I have no clue what I got it for.

The thinking on Moneyball is that you won more games than would be expected given your payroll, relative to the rest of the league.

Thanks. If that's what moneyball is for then I definitely got it. My payroll was 15th of 16 teams.
