Bought game, download failed [x5]

Hi guys, bought OOTP XX last night and have now made 5 attempts to download from the fastspring link in my receipt. All attempts unsuccessful, with the message "Failed - file incomplete". Any helpful suggestions appreciated!

You can also look to find a download manager. I know they can help with large file downloads too.
