3 day noob has questions

Im a 3 day noob

Im having a problem with a few things.

1. I downloaded a logo pack. BUT I cant seem to find a way to make them appear..

2. When I watch a game play out. After the game I cant see a way to exit the game.

3. How do I load custom jerseys.

Now I understand most of this is covered some place but I cant seem to find this information. The manual is kind of vague in its directions.

Thanks so very much in advance.

Regarding exiting the game, you should see a button labeled "End Game". It will be located in the same area as the "Play" button.

(1) Did you start the game before you put the logos in? Make sure they are saved in the Save file. You just put them in to the appropriate folder.

(2) You're playing on too small a resolution if it is cutting things off. Make sure you are at least running 1024 x 768. Restart to have it take affect!

(3) The same way as logos, but in the appropriate folder.

My monitors are set at 1920 x 1080.
I guess I dont know what folder to put them.

If I create a league or team will the logo ALWAYS be the starting logo. or can it be changed ?

Regarding logos. If you are using windows the appropriate folders are in your documents if you did a standard installation.
Open your documents folder
Open the out of the park development folder
Open the FHM2 folder
Open the quickstart games folder
In historical, majors and opening day quick
Open graphics folder paste the logos in the logo teams folder. You have to do this in all three to get logos for however you start a game. For games you have already started go to the saved games folder click on the name of your saved game go to the graphics folder. in logo teams delete the logos the game assigned and paste your logo set in there. They will now appear in your game. Logos have to be in the format city_nickname. Hope this helps.

That solution should be more then enough to display the game in a proper way. Could you please post a screenshot so I can see what might be wrong?

Strange. Can you go into preferences (on Start Screen) and look up what settings you have set?

That might be the problem. Please choose "Maximized" as Window Size or a smaller solution. After the change, please restart the game.

It should work in windowed mode and maximized. Could you test 1024*768 (Windowed) for me?

Sorry I was away so I could not reply back as fast. I'm glad to see bradko and Sebastian coming to help as well!

However, I just want to make sure we're on the same page here (due to something you said earlier): You are changing the in-game resolution (and restarting) not just messing with your monitor configuration right?

I'm pretty sure that is not the case, but when you said your 'Monitor size was 1920 x 1080' I just want to make sure we are on the same page.

(If that isn't the case, check out the info on this blog to point you in the right direction).
