AI GMs in Historical

I'm finding that the other GMs in a late 1930s historical league seem blind to good FAs. And when the Maroons folded and their players became available they just sat out there over the summer.

The AI needs to be a little more aggressive to improve their teams.

Yeah, there are some odd things the historical GM's are doing with their rosters at the moment. I think some of the improvements made to modern ones didn't get carried over to historical in a way that functions properly, so we'll be taking a look at what exactly's going wrong.
