Over the past week or so, this error has come up three times, making it impossible to play the game. Three different saves have corrupted like this and I can't get beyond the first few weeks of the season without it happening again. Is there a way to get these saves to work? If not, I think I am going to request a refund. As much as I like the game, this is unplayable. I just can't keep restarting the same league over and over. It's not fun anymore.

Has the game crashed at any point, or are you getting that message after exiting normally, then attempting to load the game the next time you play it? It's extremely unusual to have that happen repeatedly to someone. If it's not getting corrupted in a game crash (or power interruption, system crash, or something similar), I'd strongly suspect a hard drive or memory problem - you may want to run some diagnostics on those to make sure your drive isn't about to fail. Your hard drive's manufacturer should have a utility available to do that, and I'd recommend memtest86 for checking the RAM.

I mem tested already, and the computer is actually brand new. It has happened twice after a normal save and exit. Once it happened after a crash/power outage. That one I expected and the error was different.

Very strange. Can you upload one or more of the corrupted saves so we can have a look at them? I'm at a loss as to what could be corrupting them that reliably if it's not a hardware issue, but maybe Sebastian and Malte can figure it out from the files. Instructions for uploading here, or you can put it/them on a filesharing site like filedropper.com or dropbox and PM me the link(s).
