Online Leagues are a Mess. Is it even possible to run one?
Our league has been on hold for a while now. While we thought we had all the kinks worked out with online play, it was time to sim our first pre-season game of the year.
At this point, there really is no reason for Online to be in the game. It should have been taken out on release and added at a later time when it was tested. I can't expect all 20 GMs in the league to just keep waiting, in the end I do not want to be wasting my time I put into running this league. |

Problem is the game doesn't always give an error like (Team 1 has an invalid lineup) and instead will just crash.
I managed to get by this error by going through everyones team one by one to make sure they had all rosters dressed and lines filled. The game should state when this is the case. It does for the most part, but not always. |

While we've run into some issues, the most recent patch has helped a lot. We're simming with no issues.
I think our biggest wish is some sort of "in between" with the fog of war--it doesn't seem I can turn it off now that we started. However, I think what we'd like is at least an "e" rating for some of the player ratings that would only require scouting to dig deeper for more accuracy. Of course, as a commissioner, I can't wait for this game to have the automation options that OOTP has. After that, I'd want to see game replays so we can all watch our games after the sim without spoiling the results.

It would be huge if there was a way for AI teams to make trades in online mode. I'm doing an online league with two user players and it's a bit awkward for us to be able to force trades if we choose to do so, while the other 30 teams in the league don't have the option to trade at all.

Anyone having trouble with teams signing players in Free Agency?
I have some teams who want to add a couple stragglers in free agency but when I import their teamfiles none of the signings are showing up under "Open Offers" |

Our league has had problems in each of these areas. In preseason games it was assigning starting goalies despite line-up controls be set to human control. Now regular season it's messing with putting guys on IR, Waivers, changing lines. |

If you see this problem during your sim please upload the save. It would be very helpful if someone could upload a save directly before this type of problem is happening. I have looked into several leaguefiles and was never able to reproduce it.
