Select GM, Add/Remove Human GM does not show up

Somehow, in my game, (I am playing in an online league), the GM settings cannot show up. This means all of my Human GMs will officially become run by the CPU, and I don't want that. How do I fix this so that I can control my GMs again?

I am in an online league, and it's all gone. Can't switch between general managers. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't want to start all over again.

I just uploaded the game files to you so that you can look at it. Should be Nemo's_NHL.zip

I sent the game to the Cyberuck server. Let me know if something is wrong with my save. I think it's the setting file.
