Speed in historical

One change that needs to happen is if you want a historical game, without recalc- to have players come in and develop.
The game for hitters reads their carreer batting stats when making the ratings, as it does for fielding
but
it does not do this for speed and steal ratings, using only the season in question that it calls up.

Try it for a player who in his first year or two was a weak basestealer but then became much better over time. You will see the player comes in as a rookie (the player you would use in the game no recalc) and be a poor stealer...yet import him from a few years later and the batting potential ratings will be the same, as will his fielding career ratings, but his speed numbers might change from 121 144 to 190 198

So something that reads the best years of running would be a help for no recalc historical games
