Azza,

Have you tried to reset the password? perhaps there was a typo in the one you posted.

Sometimes this can happen with IE, it stores the wrong password and keeps sending the wrong info to the login server. Try clearing your passwords cache.

If you are still stuck email your username/password to someone@pisd.co.uk and I will check it works for you.

Support has sent me this .....not helpful there forums are poor so I came on here , how do I clear password cache . Buying a game should be easy right this is a right old ball achce

I have just logged into your account using the username and password you posted without any issue. Your account is working fine. Make sure you are typing the password exactly as it is shown, as it is case sensitive. If you can copy and paste it making sure there are no leading or trailing characters.

I don;t use IE so I am unable to tell you how to clear the cache, maybe someone here will be able to tell you. Its a bug in IE and should be reported to Microsoft. If you have access to another bowser using it will also fix your issue.

@everyone: How do you resent the password cache in IE?

I cleared the cache but it didn't work but I persisted and then all of a sudden I was in weird. ok am I being really thick ? I recievd an email with two licences ? what do I do with them????? how do I download the game ????

I hope you are already in thanks to the advice above, but just in case your still stuck or someone else is reading this thread:

No sorry it is a download only.

Paul did say this on the support section on the PISD website "I am not offering the game on a disk. You can cut the installer into a CD for backup if you wish. I am playing with the idea of creating a bootable USB key that boots the PC directly into TB. It would also work if its plugged into a running system.
