Wifi Disconnected. Lost 4 packs...how to recover

My signal was lost while opening packs, and when went back to the main screen after connecting I had lost my remaining packs. Is there a process where I can recover these?

They will be in your inactive cards. I have yet to see anyone who truly lost cards and be able to back it up when the developers investigate.

I have lost packs twice when connection dropped as he said.

No cards were added to inactive in my case.
