Draft Pool Not Showing Up

I posted this is the technical assistance thread, but was curious if anyone else is running into an issue where the draft pool is not showing up prior to the draft itself?

My online league transitioned from OOTP13 and we are currently set for a June 15 draft with the pool showing up 200 days in advance. I've done some testing simming ahead and the draft pool never shows until the day of the draft (the option to view it stays grayed out the entire time).

It's not just isolated to our first year either. In each of the following three seasons the same thing happens.

Any assistance or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
