Minor League System in Historical Play

Does FHM 3 have this?

Something that soured me on the first FHM is that during historical play there was no minor leagues. Playing even in 2010 without an AHL team was very difficult and frustrating.

Historical play does not have a minor league system no. The Reserve System acts as Minor League farm team. Players still improve even though points/games played don't show up.

But really, it's something I think I can safely say we do want to in a future version of the game, but you have to understand - up until about 8 or 9 years ago, the NHL minor league system was a mess. Split teams, teams folding, leagues folding, player trades, rights appearing, disappearing...it's not an easy thing to just up and replicate - not to mention the research that needs to be done on the thousands of players who played in the minors. Things like that take a lot of time...and dedication.
