To many offer sheets?

On July 3 2018, the Tampa Bay Lightning offered a 3 year 6,930,000 offer sheet, a 3 year 11,700,000 offer sheet and a 3 year 7,350,000 offer sheet to three different players on three different teams. A little unrealistic I think

could you guys help me out and tell me how i can get players up for trade in the trade screen i can't for the life of me figure it out and i know its something little and stupid

trade offer-select a team to trade with- right click a player/draft pcik and It gives you 1 option "add player"
