I hate to say this but we need to get used to this once it is launched on steam. We will go from our nice quiet baseball stathead enthusiast board to a much wider world where some guy just saw this on steam and wants to rant about the fact this is nothing like a PS3 game. Steam will be good for the survival of the game but we will be getting a lot more this game sucks because I can't push a button to swing at the ball threads.

I was thinking that the other day. However, I think that a lot of the buyers of this type of game (no, not all) do a little bit of surfing and research before making a purchase. So I think it will be mostly the same. Yes, we will see more frustration than we are used to but I think that as long as we don't do what I did here and that we stay patient I think that we can maintain the culture of the board.

The game does have a steep learning curve even iif you are ysed to gaming and baseball. I gave up on 6.5 because i did not know about the forums and could not figure out how to navigate the game. I came back with 11 with help from many people who are beating you up. You have to know you brought some of this on yourself with how you asked the question and your 500 word no period rant. How has your question not been answered yet? Several people showed you how to save a league and re-enter it. Several people including myself showed you how to save a game in progress and re-enter it.
See if the vids n this thread help you at all.
Keep asking questions, properly, and people will help you. We don't take kindly to people bashing the game or members of the forum who are trying to be helpful.
