Can I play on multiple machines?

Hey All

before I buy I want to be sure I do this right. I have a computer in my office but I also travel a lot and take a laptop. If i buy the game can i have it setup on more then one machine? And if yes does it have cloud saves to take my progress with me?

I did notice the game can be bought on steam and most of their games have cloud savings so even if this game qualifies that way it will work for me. Just need someone who has tried to give me a thumbs up or thumbs down

OOTP has huge saved game files compared to normal Steam games. I do not know if it works.
I have used a USB thumb drive and an SSD card to move from PC to PC.
The FHL league I am in uploads their file to Google drive and hey download from there.
It is a manual process but it works.
