Since this is the beta version, are the scores going to be reset once the official game is released?

Not at the moment, but if you want, you can add the signature shown in the bottom of the profile page to your signature, for example:

This way(remove the x):

If you say no thanks after creating a custom game.Will this appear again in the next custom mode creation.I may want too try this feature later on just not in every custom game.

Yes, exactly. Adding it mid-save would be kinda unfair as you could manipulate the odds via commissioner mode before that

So I know what the biggest challenge is in this mode...I can't SIM more then 1 week at a time. Loving this mode by the way.

So,Anybody checkin out this NCBeachBum dude ,he is blowing away the field,winning the World series like every year,lol, is he on the boards here?

How is he so much better than everyone else?

Is he legit?

He has to be legit. It is Challenge Mode.

He started in 1871 and simmed every year (some only taking 20 minutes). Those early years are short seasons, so he has completed more seasons (34) than anyone and he has won a lot.

However, he only has 35 distinct achievements and his average season score, while quite good, is not among the top ten. So he is blowing away the field in quantity but not quality.

Also loving challenge mode. Any way we can ease up the restrictions to let us change stadiums in Challenge Mode? I get not being able to change the dimensions of stadiums, but at least let us change the 3D model used, or pictures used. That would help.

You can do that now. Go to League Settings, Edit Ballparks. Pictures, ball locations, and 3D model can all be changed.

Challenge mode is tracking 6 different categories and he is dominating in 5.

Ive played a lot of historical and its not that easy to win it all year after year no matter what year you are playing,especially with the CM guidelines in place.

So yeah he may be legit,but I smell somethin....

I never said it was easy. Maybe he is really good.

He is among the leaders in four categories, not five. Three of those are quantity categories.

I always used to go into each Team's Settings (where you set the uniforms, etc) and edit the ballparks there. That is turned off when not in commissioner mode, so I thought I was out of luck.

Last night, he played five seasons in just over two hours, including the offseason. He won the championship all five years, failing to win 100 games only once. That is extremely efficient play.

He has won the championship in a sweep five times - I guess that would save a minute or two.

I think he has all of the achievements that you can get without playing out games. If he figures out how to manage one, he will never be caught.

This is why I'm staying away from Challenge Mode...I absolutely loved the idea when I saw it, however, I think I would grow frustrated at those who manipulate the system. I play the game for fun, not to get aggravated.
