Manual line selection issue during match

Issue concerns the manual line selections during match on game stops i.e. tick box for offensive line and defensive pair you want on the ice for the next face-off.

When the game has been stopped for opponent penalty, you have to select lines from even strength lines instead of power play lines. This happens only for the first face-off after penalty has been given and your team is starting power play. Subsequent stops during the power play presents proper PP lines for selection.

Build 4.5.66.

Yeah, looks like that happens consistently. I think it may be the "use this line next" tracker not being refreshed after a penalty; I vaguely remember a problem like that before. I'll see if we can adjust that.
