Goalie Fitness Doesn't Regenerate?

Just started playing this game last weekend. Noticed that one of the goalies for my ECHL team has had 0% fitness for quite some time now. Not sure if this is a bug or a user error. Actually sent him down for quite some time (semi-pro level) where his fitness remained at 0%. Called him back up to ECHL level and have not played him and fitness is still at 0%.

He definitely doesn't have an injury? That's normally the only way fitness would drop to 0. If that's not it, I'd like to have a look at the save, an uninjured player should be regaining fitness every day.

He was not injured, unless something happened when he was sent down to the semi-pro league and wasn't view-able for some reason. When I called him back up, he didn't start regenerating fitness until playoffs hit, where he started to gain roughly 20-22% a day and if played lost about the same. The only other thing that happened during this time was a game restart in between the time he was at 0% and started regaining fitness. I can still send a save file if that helps?

Yes, please, I'd like to have a look at it. Interesting that it started regenerating once the playoffs started; there's nothing I can think of that touches fitness levels between the regular season and playoff stages (although it may have just been the extended break.)
