Eric Thames hit his 8th home run against the Reds in 6 games.....

He hit this one off Robert Stephenson, against whom he is now 3 for 3 with 3 home runs....

He'll cool off soon and in 10 years he'll be a total after thought.

When he cools off, he won't be playing my Reds, so that is no consolation......I want him to hurt the Cardinals and Cubs, too....

How does someone go from .283/21/54 in 107 games in one season to and an average of .349/41/ 127 in 130 gs/season over three years? Is there something about baseball in Korea that flipped a switch in him?

Everything I've heard about him was that he couldn't hit offspeed stuff his first go-round. In Korea, that's a lot of what you see thrown to you. So he figured it out there, and is reaping benefits back in America
