AI Relief Pitching

Had a ridiculous ending to a game. Managing the Cardinals against the Cubs. Bottom of the 15th. The Cubs gain a 9-6 lead with limited pitchers left.

They do have one left handed reliever left. Carl Edwards enters the bottom of the 15th exhausted. Gives up hits and walks, batter after batter. AI will not change pitchers. All I had to do was take pitches until he walks in the winning run, even with my pitcher batting (since I was out of position players). That cannot happen. Any human manager would have made a pitching change even if you have to bring in a starter, which I had to do earlier.

I know at least one of the beta testers has campaigned for bullpen AI improvements for a few years now.
