Right you are RchW.Cheating in a way it is.But when i started playing OOTP i used to cheat straight forward. Came from FM and simulating a day was not an option.I had to play all games(spring included) & was telling myself that in order to play out 162games in a season i had to have players that i like so i was forcing trades etc.
These kind of numbers are not realistic but the procedure is loads of fun especially if you are learning baseball from scratch..I learned & loved baseball through OOTP-unfortunatelly baseball is not a part of my native culture- and i feel that i have a lot of learning to do, so i am taking my time with each version. Pretty sure that after puting up these kind of numbers in OOTP13 &14 with the next version i will try something more challenging.
