For Silver:
Most Pitching Wins ERA Crown Batting Champion Home Run Champion Fielder of the year Manager of the year Pitcher of the year Batter of the year I hope above are all self-explanatory 3 Strikes: one pitcher throw 15 Ks Crossing the Plate: one player scores 5 runs in a game Drive them in: Not so sure about this one, because I have an 8-RBI game, not sure if 7RBI will get you this, 6RBI is still bronze Crossing the plate: score 5 runs in a game Hit Machine: get 5 hits in a game On a Roll: 10 straight wins Shutting them down: score 15 runs while shutout opponent Team Effort: score 10 runs in an inning The Cycle: I think I saw someone said Cycle is not in there...but I do have a silver achievement for hit for the cycle Slugfest: score 20 runs in a game Slugger: one batter hit 3 HRs in a game Walk-off Grand Slam: hit a walk-off grand slam Winning it all: Win the league I know there is one for No-Hitter, but I'm not sure about the name Last edited by tomwolf2008; 05-06-2013 at 10:40 PM. |

For Gold
3 strikes: one pitcher throw 18Ks in a game Slugger: one batter hit 4HRs in a game Hit Machine: one batter get 6 hits in a game On a roll: I got one after winning 20 straight games, not sure if say, 15 in a row is enough (because you'll get the achievement only after your streak ended) Drive'em in: I would assume this is for 10RBIs in a game (in case you are wondering, I made a database just to test what achievement there are, and there is this one, but I have no idea how many RBIs are enough) Crossing the plate: one player scores 6 runs in a game Perfection: pitch a perfect game Moneyball Award: I have no idea what is this, probably has something to do with get into playoff while have payroll below a certain number Sweeping the final: sweep the championship round of your league Season Over-Well done: get a season score of 100 Triple Crown: a batter wins a triple crown (not sure if pitcher have one as well) |

I saw these and my first thought was that they were kind of cheesey. They then grew on me a bit and I don't mind them now. However they can seem to imply a hero worship better left for yellow journalism.

I hate achievements. Well that was before I realized you could shut off the updates.
Almost half the time they popped up my game would just stall. Couldnt click ok to exit or esc, or anything. Had to Ctrl Alt Del it just to get it close and lose anything I hadnt saved. |

This is where I am as well. Saw the feature list, said "well, that sounds dumb", but now I'm enjoying them. It's particularly helpful in that it tracks the kind of events (Most Recent, at least) that otherwise seem to be ignored in any kind of stat listing that I can find, like team runs scored in an inning, team runs scored (in a game), most lopsided shutout, and team winning streaks.
