Exclamation Import/Transfer from previous versions - iOS11

I'm closing in on 200 seasons on iOOTP 14 and with the new iOS11 coming out how can I move this league over into 2017 version? I've read about the back up and using iTunes method, but it didn't work for me. Is it possible to go from 14 to 17? I love this game so much I'll probably just not update my iPad to keep playing, but it'd be nice to update. Please please please make this import/transfer process easier. I'd pay $25 if it was an option. Love this game I want to keep playing it.

I don't think that is possible. You can move device to device as you described but it has to be to and from the same version of the app itself.

200 seasons!!!! That's amazing.

You need to e-mail support, but your best bet is not to upgrade your ipad.

Made the transfer, but...

Well using iMazing I was able to pull the folders out of the iPad backup made with iTunes. And I was able to put the Saved game folder into the folder of MLB2017. However, when I opened MLB2017 I got this message:
