2 Person League having setup issues.

Me and my friend started a 2 person league for fun. However, we are having an issue. I, the non-commish, cannot initiate a trade. Keeps telling me "I'm not the commish". He says he's turned ability for me to inititate trades on, and I download the .lg file with it set that way, but it's still not allowing me to initiate trades.

Can anybody help?

Not sure what he turned on, but if league is set to online mode, then only Commish can process trades. If you look at an online league full of owners, you'll see trades are always posted on the league forum and the Commish processes them either before or after the sim.

Is a 2 person league easier than a full league to set up? If so what are the differences? I just wanted to play with a buddy, but didnt want to have to set up a page and all that stuff. An easier way would be cool!!
