162 game average

It'd be nice if the 162 game average on the stats pages would self-adjust to the length of your league's season, if you don't play with a 162 game season. Or, even better, able to be set to some number that the user defines, and can adjust to see what it'd look like at 150 games, 200 games, etc.

Yes, yes, yes, and please tie it into "Accomplishments" in the history section.

Thank you.

Excellent suggestion. If your season is not 162 games long, such an average is really of very limited relevance and it would be great to have it tied in to the length of the schedule. After all, the number of plate appearances required for season records changes (as far as I know) to fit the length of the season.

I think it's 3 ABs/1IP per team game played to qualify for rate stats. Might be PAs, but I'd suspect it uses ABs, as things like rookie eligibility use ABs.

Edit: as pointed out below, it's 3.1 PAs per game. My apologies.

IIRC it's PA for leaderboards.

It's 3.1 PA or 1 IP per team game to be "qualified" in the leaderboards and eligible for season records.

At the major league level, yes. In the minors, it's 2.7 PA/gm and 0.8 IP/gm. As I recall OOTP does not reflect this difference, however.
