price'em high if you are going to hav a good year! your goal is to maximize average ticket price after 81 games, not sell the most season tickets. no worries if you sell fewer season tickets at a higher cost... you will eventually be selling similarly priced tickets after you have a consistently winning team by end of august at latest.

let's say you know you can get to ~32-38 depending on success of team. so, try pricing season tickets at ~$40 and it should be about ~25% of capacity. you'll still fill out attendance with properly priced gate tickets. in the past i think i found the sweet spot somewhere in the 20-33% range of full capacity for season tickets. bit of calculus needed if you want an exact number and, depends a bit on how good your teams are.. .also, distributions of those wins (earilier being better than later for the most part excludingn long 40-game losing streak to end or similar craziness, lol)

no calculus... keep increasing (or possibly reducing) to increase average ticket price each year, and relative to important factors... i.e. try to compare similar years in past to your current context make best decisions.

if you have a 5-year window with a consistent team, you can learn a lot and quickly. a couple of those and you have all the info you need.

Well, my owner (Larry Dolan) gave me a goal of increasing avg attendance to 30,000/game from 27,953. I CUT ticket prices from 41.50 to 38.00. My season ticket sales went from 8397 to 13,331 a 58% increase. So far my average attendance is 29,992. My total revenue from tickets is projected to go from $86.5M to $105.1M. JUST from cutting prices.

If only Larry Dolan played OOTP. We'd resign Lindor!

Depending on how competitive your team is and who is available via trade, you could trade for a Fan Fav or popular player to try to close that tiny gap to 30K. Just another option that may help
