Star ratings plummet

This might have been reported, I thought I remembered seeing it:

Playing a standard game. Challenge Mode. 2nd game of the year my entire team on the "Options & Preview" page has ratings of 1 star. Same with the opponents. When I go to the lineup screen, all ratings are appropriate.

My similar issue has to do with the star ratings displayed in roster screens or the trade screens versus what is shown in the player profile and scouting report. In the trade screen, a player might be shown to have one star given by my scout, but if I look at the player profile scouting report, my scout actually gives him four stars. I don't know which is accurate, and I don't have any way of really knowing whether my trade is a good one short of going into commissioner mode and looking at the numbers in the editor.

In case anyone from OOTP is monitoring this, I did a complete OSA and human re-scout and everything matched up. Then, I quit the game. When I re-started the game, everything was off again. The stars shown on the trade screen and on the overview page of the player profile do not match my scout's (or the OSA) ratings shown on the scouting report screen. I hope you folks sort this out soon, it's kinda killing the game for me.
