Missing windows on roster and transactions screen

Here is what my rosters and transactions screen looks like. No amount of fiddling with full screen/window settings and resolution settings gives me the 2 missing windows.

Yeah, looks like we maxxed out at # teams in your org+2. But I think we've added more panels since we put that cap in, so we'll remove it for the next patch.
