This thread is designed to provide a single location for photopack providers to post links to download their respective packs. Major league, minor or foreign leagues, Negro League, single-season and even single-team packs may be linked here. Other photopacks may be linked as well, if they are related to projects active in the forum.

So long as pack providers continue to post regular updates, the thread will remain stickied so that these links will be easily available at the top of the forum.

This is the full set. Because of Baseball Reference constantly doing name swapping, it's easier for me to just upload the entire pack instead of doing smaller versions for the time being.

After a five-year hiatus, the Facepack has been updated through the end of the 2021 season. This release includes more than 2,000 new or updated photos, numerous corrections, and all of the player, manager, coach and umpire debuts since the previous release at the beginning of the 2017 season.

This release includes:
19,818 player images (349 missing)
708 manager images (six missing)
1,702 coach images (none missing)
1,310 umpire images (261 missing)

As with previous releases, I have compiled a version with all player images in a single folder, and another with players organized by debut year. You can download either version (or both!) from my Facepack page.

I have also revised, updated and combined the missing lists into a single, multi-sheet spreadsheet, which will hopefully be more useful and easier to read. You can view the revised list here, or by using the link in my signature line.

For those forum members who have expressed concerns about this Facepack release after Cinemaodyssey has also produced an outstanding, comprehensive photopack of major league players, please put those worries to rest. CO and I have had many PM, email and phone conversations, and we discussed this release long before I posted it. There is no competition or friction between us. Quite the contrary. I am grateful for his willingness to take on the task of updating the Facepack, and truly making it his own. During the past five years I have been largely unable to devote the time necessary to correcting, updating, improving and publishing the Facepack, and CO's pack far exceeds anything I would or could have done in that time.

In years past, OOTP members such as Pegasus27, Ceej, okcochise, jwisenberg and others have produced photopacks alongside the Facepack. Rather than competing against each other, these packs often compliment and enhance each other. CO has produced a pack that focuses on criteria slightly different than the SABR Pictorial History Committee data I use to produce the Facepack. In many ways that gives him, like the others mentioned above, artistic license and flexibility that the Facepack lacks.

I am happy to continue working with CO and any other members who are active in the pursuit of baseball photos and publication of photopacks, to provide the best images possible based on the criteria each of us operates under.

Just a quick question--this photopack seems to work great all the way up until the last few seasons, and then the player photos (or most of them at least) don't seem to load. Any thoughts on why that might be?

This update contains all 2022 debuts through yesterday's games along with numerous Remini-enhanced images and other color adjusting maintenance throughout. There were also a lot of significant naming changes on Baseball Reference and this Facepack tries to keep current as much as possible. Here are some photo upgrades added:

The message that Google sites displays is due to the large size of the Facepack (280+ MB), so the unzipped contents can't be displayed. If you click the download link and confirm that you want to download it without scanning for viruses (you can scan the file after downloading, if you are concerned), the zip file will download to your computer without delay.

Cinemaodyssey may not be one for self-promotion, but I'll also say that his Facepack is a great option and alternative if you continue having difficulty.

Hey guys I am not sure if I'm posting in the right place but a lot of seemingly knowledgeable folks have posted here thus far.

I'm curious if any of these packs have fictional faces? I guess I could just dl these packs anyway and pretend they weren't real people lol but I'm curious if any of you have a fictional pack - I've run into a point where unfortunately a lot of my players look alike - specifically from African descent. I'd love to have a lot more options for the African American players in my save...wondering if any of you have dealt with this too...thanks!
