Add me to that list of waiting and dying to see how things turn out.
BTW, my offer of time still applies if needed. |

I always forget to come through with updates of how we're doing, oops!
Right now we have ALL of the stadiums done. That was rdklein's great work, he out hustled all of the other guys on the roster team getting his end done. Ratings are going good, but going slow. I'm going through and doing salaries, ratings for MLB+AAA+prospects for each team so those are taking a little bit longer than I thought. Such is life. HB has been working on managers for all of the squads, those should be done by the time I finish the ratings and teams, so I think those are the last two obstacles for a release. Icy has already implimented his logo/jersey/cap pack, and is working on getting us the low minors as well, which shouldn't be too much of a problem. After that, we just have to fix a few birthdates and ship some files to Neo, who should be able to give us a CSV to import minor league stats into the game! So that's where we sit, work still to be done, but quite a bit already completed! |

For anyone who was looking to help, I could use someone to compile a list of injuries throughout the majors/minors, and possibly edit the injuries file to put in all applicable injuries (not all of them are in the game, including steroid suspensions?)
If anyone is interested, post in here, or send me a PM. |

Good question, and I'm still not sure. Would you guys prefer injuries as of today, or injuries that were current as of Opening Day?

Opening day seems to me to make most sense, we not gonna start a season on current date. Everything shud be as of opening day.

I also think it would be best to only include the injuries that were effective at season start.

Opening day, you'll never finish if you keep trying to update for all injuries.

That works for me -- the only issue is finding such a list.
Any ideas of where we could get a list of Opening Day injuries from? |

How about a beta set with no injuries if that's all that's left to do?

http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/transactions/...r=2007&month=4
Go down to the bottom (April 1st) It lists each teams transactions of putting players on the DL. Since there is no purpose of DLing a player prior to the season start, this is where all opening day DL lists will begin. Edit..the only thing i don't see on there is Minnesota with Liriano.
