Trades in an Online League
I don't know if this really belongs here but I posted this in the Online forum and the General discussion, I figure posting here might get an official answer.
I switched from OOTP6.5 to OOTP18 this year. In the old game the player/owners could go to the trade dialog screen and try to work out trades with the computer. Once they had worked out a trade I (as commissioner) would put the trade in between zips. When a human player goes to the trade screen now they get: "you are not the commish" under Initiate Trade and Shop a Player. I looked in the manual and it says: "On the Initiate Trade page, your team is always on the left, and your trading partner on the right, unless you are a commissioner, who can act for either party." & "Only commissioners and managers of parent league teams can make trades." -This leads me to believe that a human owner should be able to go to this screen.. Please help. |
