Quick question regaurding staff

I noticed that with players, EVERYTHING is editable. But for staff, imnot so sure. Is there anyway to edit staff members? Example, Paul Coffee is down as a head coach, signed on as an assistant in real life with edmonton. Scott Howson is actually a GM i beleive, but is in the game as a assistant.

Is there any way to change or edit a staff persons job in the game? Like change Paul Coffee to an assistant, instead of a head coach?
Or hire him as an assistant?
