David, after finisshing Paddy Duffy, I am going to go onto the pre war European fighters pack. Which much like the Commonwealth pack will include every fighter not currently included in the game which fought for the European title pre 1945 in all weights.

EBU and Commonwealth fighters, 1892-1970
When we are finished, Dean, we will have added every EBU and Commonwealth contender from 1892 to 1970.
My universe started with 1920, but in the light of your work, I need to go back and fill in the missing Early Years. Thanks for all your additions to the game, Dean!

Juan Carlos Duran
An Argentine native who emigrated to Milan. Born 1936. Fought from 1958 to 1973. Record: 66-9-8 (21). Italian middleweight champion, 1966-1973 (vacated title). EBU middleweight champion, 1967-1969 and 1970-1971. EBU junior middleweight champion, 1972-1973.
Duran began his career in his native Argentina and emigrated to Italy after losing a bid for the Argentine middleweight title in January 1960. He was knocked out once, fairly early in his career, and the only other time he was stopped was a TKO loss to Jacques Kechichian in his last fight. A photo of Duran is here.

Orizu Obilaso
A Nigerian who fought mostly as a bantamweight, and a lousy one. I have him rated as a fly, because he enters boxing history at that weight. Born 1940. Record: 5-24-3 (3).
Outpointed by Jackie Brown in a December 1962 bout to fill the vacant EBU flyweight title. (According to Boxrec, the title bout was only his fourth bout, and Obilaso entered the contest with a 0-1-2 record, which strains credulity. A good portion of his early record must be missing.) Obilaso started fighting as a bantamweight nine months later. He was finished, mercifully, by 1972.

Kamara Diop
A flyweight who fought out of France, although he was born, in 1937, in Conakry, Guinea. Fought from 1957 to 1971. Record: 51-19-2 (21). Diop lost an EBU flyweight title bout to Fernando Atzori in September 1969.

Dennis Powell
A Welsh fighter who briefly held the British light-heavyweight title. Born 1924. Fought from 1946 to 1954. Record: 42-22-4 (18).
Powell TKO'd George Walker for the vacant British light heavyweight crown in March 1953. Powell lost the title on a TKO at the hands of Alex Buxton seven months later.

Léon Fouquet
Belgian middleweight. Birthdate unknown. Boxrec lists bouts from 1945 to 1950. Record: 5-6-0 (4).
Fouquet was knocked out in the first round by Marcel Cerdan in a February 1947 bout to fill the vacant EBU middleweight title. Fouquet was also kayoed in the first by Randy Turpin in June 1947. (Did he give his last name an English pronunciation, in disgust, after each loss?) Much of his record must be missing, because the first bout on his Boxrec listing is a fifth-round knockout of Dutch middleweight champion Luc van Dam, who brought a 40-4-1 record into the fight.

Dickie O'Sullivan
London-area fly. Born 1925. Fought from 1945 to 1951. Record: 20-14-4 (13).
O'Sullivan fought EBU flyweight champion Maurice Sandeyron to a draw in a July 1948 title bout. The Englishman won a non-title rematch three months later, but lost an EBU title fight to Sandeyron three weeks after that. He never got another shot, losing to Terry Allen, Peter Keenan, and Teddy Gardner over the next two years.

Johnny Ralph
South African heavy. Born 1925. Fought from 1946 to 1949. Record: 16-2-1 (9).
Ralph was kayoed by Bruce Woodcock in March 1949 when he challenged for the Commonwealth heavyweight crown. According to South African boxing writer Ron Jackson, "Johnny Ralph had the indefinable quality that sportswriters called 'colour. 'Between 1946 and 1949, Ralph became the hottest attraction on the local boxing scene. He beat George Cerosky, Buddy Scott, Ken Shaw, Alf Gallagher, Buddy Komar and Stephen Olek and knocked out Nick Wolmarans in six rounds in 1947 to win the national heavyweight title. On 6 November 1948 the bubble was burst when world light heavyweight champion Freddie Mills stopped him in eight rounds. A motor accident shortly after his defeat by Bruce Woodcock effectively ended his career."
