Simulating Multiple Seasons at Once

Am I missing something or is my only option to simulate multiple years at a time through the Play drop down and selecting simulating a year? I want to simulate multipel seasons all at once without having to click continue each time. That way I can simulate to exactly where I Want to be when I'm not at the computer

Not at the game right now so forget exact wording but in that same dropdown menu is an option to sim to specific date. You can then enter a date you want the game to sim uninterrupted to from that menu.

You also want to either be in commish mode, or at least have the "do not disturb" flag set, since otherwise the game may pause at some points for personal messages or job offers.

That depends on your manager settings. Go to your Manager Options, lower left side. The choices are explained there. Basically, the AI will look after it unless you specifically tell it not to.
