Full Count Baseball League - Needs 3 GMs
Hi there,
I run a stable, long-term fictional, stats & potential ratings only league. We've been around since OOTP9 - and we have solid engaged GMs. http://www.fullcountbaseball.net/gam..._100_home.html Format: fictional, parallel leagues (MLB + JPN); NCAA, HighSchool, and Canadian Colleges. Sims: tues, weds, thurs, sat, sun Playoff: two wildcards, two byes, three rounds I need three GMs for our upcoming 2029 season. 1. Toronto Maniacs - A team at ground zero of the re-build, losing aging allstar OF, pitching, and catching. Harold runs a very nice league with a great atmosphere. GM's are mature, skilled, and engaged in this league and it all adds up to a great experience.

Unicorns, fireworks, and baseball-magic Kenny Powers style. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Settings & League Rules OOTP Version: OOTP (most recent version, most recent patch) Game Needed: Required Players: Fictional # of Teams: 20 teams, 4 divisions of 5 teams each. Schedule: 156 games, 3 game typical series Playoff Format: (1) First round 5 games, 2 team wild card. First place teams have a bye (2) 7 game Divisional Series (3) 9 game Championship Series. Export Deadlines Days And Times: 12pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. During summer we eliminate Wednesday sims. League Time Per Sim: 7 days Special Rules & Settings: 20/80 overall system in place of stars, Talent and Stats only, there are no actual ratings displayed, 2 International Independent leagues to serve as Free Agent feeders. Injuries set to low Suspensions On Drug Suspensions On There will be a softcap of 100 mil with a 25% luxury tax on anything above that cap. 25 mil cash max Free Agent Compensation – On. CBA 2012 rules. Rule V Draft: Enabled There will be a deadline to set your 40 man roster prior to the actual Rule V draft taking place. Once the deadline passes(you will be notified when the deadline is well in advance), no more roster changes to your 40 man roster will be allowed until after the Rule V draft has taken place. Amateur Draft Enabled- Set for the middle of spring training Amateur Draft Scheduled for 20-25 rounds each season Draft Pool will be revealed 15 days in advance Ratings: Talent only, no actual ratings displayed Player potential ratings scale 1-10 Other Ratings 1-10 Show Ratings Over Max-Yes Overall rating- 20/80 Top Prospect list compiled ANNUALLY DH Rule: ON Disabled List set to 14 days to coincide with the 7 day sim schedule. -Disabled list (DL) players who are fully healed and able to be removed from the DL must be moved in a timely manner. If a player who is healed remains on the DL long past his DL stint requires, the owner will recieve a warning to move the player off the DL to an active roster. If the player is not removed from the DL 2 sims after the warning, the player in violation is subjected to be released by the simmer. Designated for assignment (DFA) will be 16 sim days long.If a player’s time expires on the DFA during a sim, the simmer will release the player and the resulting team will incur any monetary penalties that go along with the player being released. Waiver Wire is set to be 15 sim days long to provide 2 full sims for GM’s to view and make claims on the waiver wire. Development: Batter aging speed .250 Batter Dev.
