While working with boxrec checking out tomato cans I check opponents. While doing this I found a non-tomato cans that I had assumed to be in my database, but he was not. He was a name fighter in his weight class in the teens. I'll use this thread for fighters not in my data-base that didn't get title shots and are not tomato cans, stiffs, or opponents.

Thanks for the encouragement. I figure that this thread and the challengers thread should cover these second tier guys. I'll also add the trinket holders the challengers lost bouts to in that thread. This thread will consist of the "name" guys that I don't have ratings for.
